RILseqDB

A database of Hfq-mediated RNA interactions determined by RIL-seq

Welcome

RILseqDB is a database of Hfq-mediated RNA interactions in bacteria that were determined by RIL-seq (RNA Interaction by Ligation and Sequencing), an experimental-computational methodology for in vivo capturing of Hfq-mediated RNA interactions (Melamed et al., Mol. Cell, 2016).

The database provides a user friendly interface to query and view the results of RIL-seq experiments. Currently it holds information for interactions revealed in Escherichia coli K-12 MG1655, Enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC) and Klebsiella pneumoniae str. SGH10.
